Certwood Limited was formed in June of 1986. In the beginning, the Company’s commitment to its customers was simple; provide quality, competitively priced products, delivered on time.
Today, Certwood’s production operation has grown to 20 molding machines ranging from 60 tons up to 900 tons in size, which additionally includes precision robotic product handling and recycled content blending. We continue to invest in new equipment and processes.
Certwood’s manufacturing site operates 24 hours/day and includes a modern 40,000 sq. ft factory along with an additional 20,000 sq. ft ‘satellite’ storage warehouse in North Luton, United Kingdom. Combined with an additional 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Wintersville, Ohio, USA, Certwood and Certwood USA provides short lead-time deliveries throughout North America and the EU on most product lines.
Certwood offers initial design concept, prototyping, modeling, tooling, pre-production and trade molding to standard operating procedures as well as volume production satisfying a vast variety of market segment solutions.
